Tutti Cutie is a medium-dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer on top. The texture was soft, slightly powdery in the pan, but it applied evenly and blended out without issue. It stayed on well for seven and a half hours before it started to fade noticeably on me.
