Too Faced Natural Matte Eye Palette ($36.00 for 0.39 oz.) includes nine neutral-hued eyeshadows that are all matte in finish. The lightest and darkest shades seem to have some issues; the lightest ones were on the powdery/chalky side, while the darker shades were powdery enough that they had poorer color payoff or were more difficult to blend. They wore a little longer than the ones in the Sugar Pop palette, on average, which was nice. There are a few shades in the palette that are really silky and smooth and apply well, but then the duds bring down the palette's overall rating.
