One of my favorite palettes ever! Colors are bright and beautiful, with a perfect range of shimmery shades going from silver to different coppers and golds to lovely browns and greens (with the addition of a perfect purple and pink). The chocolate palette is highly versitile, allowing to go from more natural daily to more colorful evening looks. Easy to apply if one bares in mind that there is indeed a little powder fall-out, but nothing dramatic or hard to manage. The chocolate smell is the cherry on top of the cake!

If you're a fan of metallic, foiled, pigmented shimmers, then you need this palette. That being said, most of the shades are best applied with a finger to get full color payoff. The scent is strong, which I don't mind, but it could bother some people. Some of the more glittery shades have a bit of fallout, but nothing too bad.

Generally speaking, I love this palette. I'm not sure if it's quality or the fact that these colours are right up my alley and I haven't seen anything much like it on the market but I truly do. I really like the matte formula: I find that even though it isn't super pigmented it applies evenly, blends and wears very well. I use shade Divinity as a base for almost every single looks I do (it's either this or ABH Tempera, they're basically dupes) and I think it's a perfect colour for my NC15 complexion to lighten and open up the eye. Almond truffle and Pecan praline are quite sheer in pigmentation but I still really like them. Cashew chew is pretty similar to Divinity in my opinion and though it looks shimmery in the pan it looks quite matte on the lid. Other three mattes are also great. What I dislike about this palette is the shimmers with exception of Satin sheets (the one in the big pan) - it has beautiful, creamy shimmery formula, it's very pigmented and has almost no fallout. Other shimmers, in my opinion, vary from so-so (Molasses chip and Cafe au lait - not very pigmented, quite dry, have fallout) to pretty bad (Blackcurrant - beautiful in the pan but very powdery with glitter particles flying everywhere. If I'm using this shade I either have to start with my eyes or put something under them or I'm gonna have glitter all over my face). Sprinkles and Cotton candy are beautiful colours but I find them poorly pigmented, same applies too Totally fetch - it definitely requires some building up. Earl Grey also has a quite nice formula in my opinion with little fallout and nice pigmentation. I think it is a great cool neutral everyday palette with some pops of colour (which could've been better) and it's pretty easy to work with.

My absolute favourite holy grail palette - a gorgeous mix of warm and cool-toned shadows that I can use to create endless variety of looks. From natural work looks to dramatic gala looks, this palette can do it all - my favourite palette for travelling because of how versatile it is! I wish a few of the shades were a better quality, however, I'm able to work with them and blend them out.

I was very excited about this palette... I tried very hard to love it. Such versatile layout and smells so wonderful. The shadows felt very silky going on and the colors blended well. Even with primer and setting spray, all my blending work would be gone within a couple of hours. Part of me wants to try another Chocolate Bar palette in hopes that it is better ?

This palette looks so amazing! i purchase this palette twice, however, returned both times. The pigmentation is atrocious for the price ($59CAD), and the colors aren't anything special. The smell is nice, however thats not whats sells me for a palette. Too Faced, I'm pretty disappointed in the pigmentation!

absolutely gorgeous - my first too faced purchase. this is my favourite palette. most shades are very buildable and versatile: they go well with a lot of other colours, and i like how there's a variety of colours in the actual palette, so you can add a pop of colour to your look if you like. plus, it smells like chocolate, and that's always nice first thing in the morning.

This is my favorite palette (and believe me, I have lots, including Naked2 and Naked3)! It has everything you could need. The packaging is adorable and effective (since Christine reviewed this they slimmed the packaging down, it's now thinner than a Naked palette, this is the edition I have) but the magnet could be a bit stronger. That being said, I haven't had any issues traveling with it. Candied Violet isn't great, it's sheer and fades if you're not careful, but I still use it because it is quite pretty when layered and cools a look down. I love that this comes with 5 mattes or near mattes so you always have options for your crease. There are enough light highlight shades and enough shades to darken the outer corner with. Due to the warm brown nature of this palette, I have never found myself wishing there was a true black in here so the dark brown Triple Fudge does so much for me. Surprisingly, the shades I use the least in this palette are the medium brown shimmers, but having them there is great as they are perfect for doing gradients. The one I touch least hands down is Strawberry Bon Bon. It softens the lid and gives a hint of pink but it's barely noticeable and quite sheer. Overall, though, this palette just has an amazing amount of options for every part of your eye look. I love using Champagne Truffle as a cheekbone highlight sometimes, too. And, it smells incredible! Never fails to brighten my mornings :)

Absolutely adore this palette especially since it's my first TooFace purchase & the smell of it is delicious! I forget that it smells like Cocoa until I open it & begun my brush application. The shades can be sheer at first but it's buildable. The packaging is a tad bulky so not ideal for storing among other palettes in a drawer, it is however sturdy & none of my shadows shattered yet. So that's a major plus.I do however recommend you to swatch if possible if you're utterly lost & confused on whether you need this palette or not. I spent a good amount of time debating on this & the Naked 3 palette before settling for this as I could see myself using Tooface on a daily basis which is true.

I love the colours that have been put into this palette - a very wide range of neutrals from light to dark, from cool to neutral to warm, from matte to pearl/frost. I love the hit of colour provided by Candied Violet. I do have 2 complalints, though. First, the names of colours aren't printed on the palette (as they are in the Naked palettes, for example) or even on the bottom of the palette because who can keep hold of those flimsy cellophane things, let alone refer back to them as you're doing your eyes? And secondly, why the heck would they put a chocolate scent in eye shadows? I realize it is in keeping with the theme but these are eye products! We don't need them with fragrance!
