Tom Ford Beauty Scarlet Rouge Lip Color Matte ($55.00 for 0.1 oz.) is a bright, medium red with strong, warm undertones and a satin finish. The pigmentation was good, though shy of full opacity in one layer, but it was buildable to full coverage with a second layer.
It applied smoothly and evenly across my lips without tugging as it had a lightly creamy consistency that wasn't too firm but still had some substance to it. The density allowed it to sit well on my lips without emphasizing my lip lines or catching on lip texture. It wore well for five and a half hours and felt lightly hydrating over time.
