Tom Ford Beauty Belle de Peche Eye Color Quad ($89.00 for 0.35 oz.) is a new, limited edition warm-toned neutral quad. While nothing on the box or the palette itself indicates that the formula is any different than past releases, it absolutely felt different to me.
It felt like a cream-powder formula, slightly firmer compared to the actual Eye Color Creme formula just released but more similar to that than the past gel-powder releases (that often have the raised look with some imprint). It's actually a beautiful formula, and it performed comparably to the Eye Color Creme one for me as well; the shades were smooth, pigmented, and blendable with a very seamless effect on skin as they almost "melted" against them but were still long-wearing.
