This palette is gorgeous. It has a nice mixture of shades that can be used daily for work or for a sultry evening look. The pigment is great without the shades being too overwhelming. This is my second Tarte palette, but I don't think it will be my last.

Most of the shadows perform very well individually, however I found that more than two on the eye blend into a bit of a mess. I could not really get the shimmers to work as expected. Some of the colors are very lovely but I expect a colors in a palette to be able to blend together fairly well.

Very soft, borderline powdery eyeshadows that have a lot of kickback. Pigmentation is nice, most are buildable and blendable, but the fourth column of dark mattes (with the exception of the black shadow) are pretty poorly formulated, gritty, and dry. The shimmers are not too foiled, which I really like.
