Countess is a light mauve with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had good color coverage that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out easily, though it was better with a primer underneath if full coverage was intended as it sheered out a bit on my bare lid. The texture was soft, a little powdery but did not have much fallout during application. The eyeshadow lasted well for eight hours on me before it started to show signs of wear.
