Sydney Grace Scrooge Cream Shadow ($8.00 for 0.33 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark teal with cool, bluish undertones and warmer, green-gold shimmer throughout. It had good pigmentation in a single layer, but the texture was runny and was harder to control.
I had the best luck gently dispersing a bit onto the back of my hand, buffing it out onto the back of my hand with the brush, and then applying what was left onto the actual eye--this seemed to ensure I didn't over-apply and ate up time to make it "drier" as it went on. Once on, the product stayed on well for nine hours before creasing subtly.
