Sugarpill 8-Bit is a very cool-toned, light blue with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Fun Size.

8-Bit is a light, periwinkle blue with strong, cool (almost violet) undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a smooth, slightly firmer texture that was easy to pick up without getting a lot of powderiness. I think the firmer texture worked well for this type of color and finish as it made it a cinch to build up the product and blend it without blending it all away. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading visibly.
