It had semi-opaque pigmentation when applied dry, while it intensified to mostly opaque pigmentation when applied with a dampened brush. The texture was soft, silky, and smooth, but there is a lot of sparkle to it, which I did see fall out with while worn, though the color didn't fade for eight hours.
