Sephora Jungle Party (09) Eyeshadow ($13.00 for 0.07 oz.) is described as a "sparkling dark green." It's a dark blackened brown base with green and gold sparkle. It has a glitter finish, according to Sephora, though it is not quite as sparkly as some of the other glitter finishes in the range. MAC Smutty Green is somewhat similar when applied lightly, but it is ultimately much greener. I couldn't think of anything else, but you could definitely try layering a shimmery green eyeshadow over a matte black eyeshadow.
