Revlon Sparkling Quartz (001) Super Lustrous Melting Glass Shine Lipstick ($9.99 for 0.15 oz.) is a colorless base with a fine, white pearl throughout that added subtle luminosity to the lips without adding color. It had "sheer coverage" from the shimmer/sheen, but this particular shade was designed to be "clear" per the brand.
This is for those who want something that's like a lip balm with a little more shimmer to it but doesn't have the feel or full-on shine of a true gloss. It had a creamy, melt-on-your-lips consistency that was lightweight and moderately emollient but didn't feel overly slippery while worn. It lasted two to three hours (hard to tell since it was clear!) and felt hydrating over time.
