REFY Tan Cream Bronzer ($26.00 for 0.29 oz.) is a medium-dark brown with moderate, warm undertones and a semi-matte matte finish. It had more opaque color coverage when initially applied, which more prone to sheering out in practice, so it resulted in more of a medium-level of coverage in one layer.
The texture was moderately emollient, lightweight, and thin with some tackiness, but it dried down to a more matte finish that was no longer emollient or tacky to the touch. It could have been easier to blend out as I found it dried fast enough that it was prone to unevenness as the color no longer wanted to be spread about (though keep in mind there is a bit of unevenness that is coming through that is related to my actual skin, which is uneven). This was exacerbated when applied on top of foundation, so I would recommend using a brush with this formula overall and making sure to work very quickly. The bronzer lasted for seven hours before fading on me.
