A nice light pink that isn't baby pink. It can be used as a wash of color or be built up to full opacity. It isn't too sticky and layers nicely over liquid lipsticks and bullet lipsticks. It is probably too light for deeper skin tones to wear without a lip liner. It smells nice- like a vanilla, or cake, but the scent does not linger and isn't over powering. The packaging color is supposed to indicate the color of the gloss- I am not sure that is is super accurate, but will give a good guideline. The packaging is compact and light so these are great to throw in your bag or pocket. These glosses, unlike the Buxom glosses are not plumping or as blindingly shiny. I didn't notice that they were hydrating, but they also don't dry out my lips. They are comfortable, but not long lasting so remember to bring it with you to re-apply. Nyx is also a cruelty free brand, affordable, and is easily accessible. They also carry a wide selection of lip gloss colors to cater to people of all skin tones.
