I generally don't like NYX lip products, especially the butter glosses. They're pretty vanilla to my mind, all shades of neutral candyfloss and named as such. Other than its name, Raspberry Tart is the lone exception. It's a vivid, true purple that goes on lovely, wears hardly at all (like all the butter glosses), but fades quite nicely. It's neither goth nor terribly dramatic, just a pretty, sheer purple. I love it in the same way I love some of my orange lippies: when I'm in the mood for something different.

Tiramisu is nude brown with pink undertones. It can be used as a wash of color or be built up to full opacity. It isn't too sticky and layers nicely over liquid lipsticks and bullet lipsticks. It is probably too light for deeper skin tones to wear without a lip liner. It smells nice- like a vanilla, or cake, but the scent does not linger and isn't over powering. The packaging color is supposed to indicate the color of the gloss- I am not sure that is is super accurate, but will give a good guideline. The packaging is compact and light so these are great to throw in your bag or pocket. These glosses, unlike the Buxom glosses are not plumping or as blindingly shiny. I didn't notice that they were hydrating, but they also don't dry out my lips. They are comfortable, but not long lasting so remember to bring it with you to re-apply. Nyx is also a cruelty free brand, affordable, and is easily accessible. They also carry a wide selection of lip gloss colors to cater to people of all skin tones.

Love this gloss! It's the perfect amount of pigmentation and it's super high shine. the only thing I don't like about it is that it feels a little heavy and thick on the lips, and can be a bit sticky. Other than that, it's a gorgeous gloss that's affordable as well

I'm trying to branch out from my MAC lipglass obsession and have newly discovered NYX buttters. I'm having so much fun with them. I waited until they were buy one get one half off. The price is great. They are less sticky and a bit thinner than MAC lipglass, so the wear isn't quite as long, but come on, for a price of $4.50 with a sale, I can afford to reapply a little bit. Tirimamisu is a great pinky nude for my fair neutral skin. I can wear it alone for a little sheen on lips or apply it over my brighter colors (like NYX street Cred) to tone down a bit. I love the scent of these too :-)
