Manganese (345CM) is a muted, medium purple with warmer undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color payoff with a soft, slightly thinner and lightly powdery consistency. It applied evenly, but there was some dryness present, so it did not sit as well as other shades in the palette. This shade lasted well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
