NARS Hammered Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment ($28.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a deep, coppery red with subtle, warm undertones and flecks of sparkle over a pearly base. It had opaque pigmentation applied with fingertips as well as with a dry or dampened brush, though dampened application gave it a smoother finish overall.
The texture was loosely-pressed into the pot, though it was more pressed than it was loose both initially and after subsequent uses. It felt lightly creamy to the touch, dense and rich but not too thick on my lid, but it seemed a little too emollient as the base became a bit patchy when blended out. You'd definitely need to use another product (like a matte eyeshadow) to blur the edge to one's satisfaction.
It applied fairly evenly overall, though, and had light fallout during application regardless of whether I used fingertips or brushes (dry or wet). It stayed on well for eight hours before creasing faintly on me.
