NARS Impulse Lipstick ($26.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a deeper, reddened berry with cool undertones and a luminous sheen. It seemed to have subtle pearl running through the color, but it didn't read shimmery or frosted to my eye.
The texture was lightly creamy and had moderate slip, which made it more slippery than most shades in the range, though it felt lightweight and didn't feather on me during wear. It had medium to semi-opaque pigmentation with fairly even application, and coupled with the glossier finish, I thought it was part of the Seer finish but it was part of the Satin finish. This shade stayed on well for five hours, left a faint stain behind, and was lightly moisturizing over time.
