Hot Line is a brighter pop of golden orange with warm undertones and flecks of gold sparkle. The texture was soft, slightly dusty and drier to the touch, but I didn't have much in the way of fallout during application, though there were a few sparkles that separated from the base color when blended out. It had opaque color payoff that lasted well for eight hours on me.
