NABLA Cosmetics New Heaven Super Matte Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.09 oz.) is a bright, medium blue with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was smooth, velvety, and blendable with minimal powderiness but enough substance to adhere beautifully to bare skin without looking faded or sheering out too readily. It had nearly opaque pigmentation that stayed on well for eight hours on me.
