NABLA Cosmetics Blue Velvet Super Matte Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.09 oz.) is a deep, slightly faded, navy blue with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a denser, more substantial texture that was very smooth and velvety. It applied fairly well, but it took slightly more effort to diffuse and even out the coverage on bare skin--it was less work over a primer, though. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly.
