NABLA Cosmetics Baltic Just Pearl Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.09 oz.) is a deep, navy blue with strong, cool undertones and a satin sheen. It had good pigmentation with a moderately dense, slightly stiffer and thinner texture, so it applied best with a flat, synthetic brush and pushing and pressing it into the skin. It blended out without too much work, but it wasn't foolproof. This shade stayed on well for eight hours on me.
