My favorite dupe for upscale liners. Easy to blend when you put it on, but once it dries, it stays put all day and night. PROS: -- Good quality -- Blendable until it dries -- Stays put all day CONS: -- Terrible on the waterline; it makes my eyes irritated

I love how creamy (it's REALLY creamy) and pigmented this eyeliner is--it's easy to smudge or use as a base for eyeshadow. The price point is very, very nice too. However, once I put this on my waterline my eyes started watering and getting red immediately. Ow ow ow. Apparently this has happened to a lot of other people too...not cool!
