Melt Cosmetics Spliff Gel Liner ($19.00 for 0.088 oz.) is a blackened brown with neutral-to-cool undertones and a flat, matte finish. It was intensely pigmented with a smooth, creamy consistency that was very fluid and lightweight without being too wet or slippery.
The product adhered evenly without being prone to sheering out but also dried down quickly and stayed in place. It wore well for over 10 hours without fading or thinning noticeably.
