Shatter is a bright, medium yellow with moderate, warm undertones and a frosted finish. The consistency was drier and slightly gritty to the touch, which resulted in some fallout during application. It was harder to apply evenly without using a fingertip or applying it with a dampened brush. It had good color payoff that stayed on decently for seven and a half hours on me.
