Melt Cosmetics Bela is a very warm-toned, light-medium coral with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Gemini II.

Bela is a brighter, peachy coral with warm, orange undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had medium to semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a moderately powdery--though finely-milled--texture. There was some fallout when I worked with this shade as a result. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
