Marc Jacobs Beauty Sunlit is a very warm-toned, very light gold with a pearl finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $32.00 and contains 0.16 oz.

Editor's Review

Marc Jacobs Beauty Sunlit Glow Away Dewy Coconut Face Luminizer ($32.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a light, peachy gold with strong, warm undertones and a satin sheen that had a smidgen of dewiness. There was a very faint glow on my skin, but it didn't really read dewy to me--it lacked some of that inherent glow and sheen, though there was a subtle, pearlescence on my skin from the product.

The formula is supposed to yield a "lustrous, glass-skin," or a "dewy, lit-from-within look." It reminded me of a more watery, less intense take on the brand's larger, Dew Drops, which is an infinitely better value and achieves a similar purpose (I think it's more versatile, too). This product was more prone to lifting up foundation as it was so watery and thin, so it was hard to keep in place and have any visible coverage, but then it dried down a fair amount, so it didn't retain a lot of dewiness. The shimmer was quite fine, so it did not layer well under a foundation and had to be applied over (or on bare skin).

It's unclear what the pigmentation-level was intended to be, though based on "glass-skin," it seems like it would suggest something sheerer (I can't even find brand swatches!). It lasted for six and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
