For Once is a deep, blackened teal with cooler overtones and warmer, brown undertones paired with a frosted sheen. It had opaque color coverage that blended out easily. The texture was smooth, dense, but not stiff or difficult to pick up with a brush. The eyeshadow wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly.
