Powder Blush (Small)

I use Bright Response as an eyeshadow, as it’s in a 26mm pan. It fits in with all of my other depotted and individual 26mm shimmer shadows perfectly, and is the brightest shimmering orange I own with only one exception (MUFE ME-734 is brighter, more glittery and pigmented, but also slightly more coral). It’s slightly chalky out of the pan, but blends beautifully on the eyes. Bright Response is more of a satin shade than a glitter or metallic, but the color is just gorgeous on green eyes. And of course, in a pinch, I could use it as a shadow, although it looks better and more vibrant on darker skin. If you have medium to dark skin tone, this color would be stunning on you!
