Bossing It is a medium, golden bronze with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. It had opaque pigmentation that applied evenly and smoothly to the lid. The consistency was soft, a smidgen dusty in the pan, but it held together well on the lid and blended out easily. It wore well for eight hours on me.
