Brocade Renegade is a medium-dark berry with cooler undertones and a mostly matte finish. It felt like a cream-powder formula, as it was dense but velvety without being powdery at all. I didn't think it would pick up well with a fluffy brush, but it absolutely did--I overapplied to my lid the first time I used it!
The eyeshadow had nearly opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly and blended out almost instantaneously. It wore nicely for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
