MAC Lightness of Being Nail Lacquer ($12.00 for 0.34 fl. oz.) is described as a "pale beige." It's a light, warm beige with a jelly-cream finish. There's a plushness to it, while it's still a milkier color. It had semi-sheer color coverage after two coats (and the polish is thick enough that I don't think a third will work easily). It's a little streaky and doesn't level out completely, unfortunately. I typically get good wear out of MAC's formula--a week with minor tip wear--but the application on this shade was tricky. Chanel Secret (625) (P, $27.00) is more opaque. MAC Thimbleweed (LE, $16.00) is more opaque. Tom Ford Beauty Sugar Dune (01) (LE, $32.00) is more opaque. Rescue Beauty Lounge Thank You (LE, $20.00) is darker. MAC Sandpiper (LE, $16.00) is a smidgen darker. MAC Muscle Tone (LE, $16.00) is more opaque. MAC Hangin’ Loose (LE, $16.00) is warmer, darker. Chanel Beige Petale (LE, $27.00) is sheerer. Rescue Beauty Lounge Medium White (LE, $20.00) is lighter. See comparison swatches / view dupes.
