Me Siento Muy Excited is a light-medium, plummy brown base with pink-to-purple shifting sparkle and pearl. It had semi-sheer pigmentation on its own, applied dry, but there was also a ton of fallout during application that really made it hard to wear without dampened a brush (whether with plain water or with an adhesive spray).
The consistency was drier and dustier, which resulted in an uneven application of powder and more fallout. Dry, it stayed on decently for five hours with some fallout, and applied wet, I was able to get closer to seven hours of decent wear with less fallout.
