Kaleidos Sea Sparkle Epiphany Glow Melt-On Eyeliner ($16.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a medium, bluish multichrome that shifted from pale, light blue to cooler, mid-tone blue to gray paired with a lightly sparkling, metallic finish. This had very minimal shift to my eyes!
