Toffee is a medium, caramel brown with strong, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had excellent pigmentation in a single layer, which applied evenly to bare skin and blended out with ease along the edges. The texture was soft, finely-milled, and velvety, so it wasn't prone to powderiness and didn't sheer out too readily when applied. It lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
