Eyeshadow

The formula is described as "richly pigmented" that are "supremely blendable." I would best describe the eyeshadow formula as being for those who love makeup artistry because there wasn't a lot of consistency between shades--some applied better with fingertips, some were sheere (and at least with a few, that seemed more likely intentional, but there's no actual statement of such), and just gives me "play" vibes--which means better for someone who wants to play, enjoys different textures and effects, and/or doesn't mind taking more time to "learn" the application methods for the palette.

To some degree, I felt like the quality wasn't there for all shades, though, and the lack of consistency between finishes did make it a palette that was harder to use, especially together. The majority of the more intense shimmers worked best with a fingertip or a dampened, flat synthetic brush and blended out with a fluffy brush afterward.
