Inglot J203 Luminous Livin’ the Highlight Illuminator ($23.00 for 0.09 oz.) is a medium copper with warm undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had opaque color payoff that applied easily and smoothly to bare skin. The texture was finely-milled to feel soft and blend out easily on the skin, but it did contain larger sparkles, so it wasn't the silkiest powder either (which isn't a con, just an observation).
Per the brand, the loose highlighter is supposed to apply without any effort" and will have a "luminous effect" on the skin, whether used on the cheeks, body, or eyes. I had no trouble applying it onto the eyes with a typical eyeshadow brush or onto my cheeks with a blush or highlighting brush. The powder was easy to work with, blended out seamlessly, and didn't emphasize my skin's natural texture. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly.
