ILNP Lights Out Shimmer Nail Polish ($10.00 for 0.4 oz.) has a black base with a moderate amount of sparkle that shifted from deep red to copper to brighter orange. There was supposed to be a shift to green, which I didn't really see in person. The polish had a smooth, fluid consistency that made it easy to work with on the nail as it went on evenly, didn't pool along the edges, and self-leveled as it dried down.
Per the brand, it has its maximum coverage in two to four coats. In the swatches, I've applied two coats using Deborah Lipmann Gel Lab Pro base and top coats, which was fully opaque; it was pretty opaque in just one coat but required a second one to be fully even. I wore this shade for 10 days and had minor tip wear and no chips.
