ILNP Summer Lovin' Holographic Shimmer Nail Polish ($12.50 for 0.4 oz.) is a pale, bluish-aqua base with fine, holographic shimmer throughout along with peach-to-pink shifting shimmer. The consistency was smooth, fluid without being too thick or too thin, and was easy to work with as it applied evenly with each coat and didn't pool along the edges.
Per the brand, it has its maximum coverage in two to four coats. In the swatches, I've applied two coats using Deborah Lipmann Gel Lab Pro base and top coats, which yielded nearly opaque coverage so a third coat would be ideal for maximum coverage in my experience. I wore this shade for 10 days and had minor tip wear and no chips.
