Fenty Beauty Vintage Velour Liquid Killawatt Fluid Freestyle Highlighter ($28.00 for 0.5 oz.) is a very pale pink with strong, warm undertones and a soft, pearl finish with flecks of rainbow micro-sparkle strewn throughout. I don't think the sparkles were necessary as they seemed to detract from the finish--not quite enough, and they did not catch and reflect light as much, so they seemed like fine "dirt" at times. The finer pearl was soft, lightly glowy without being dewy or emphasizing of my pores.
The liquid highlighter had a lightweight, thin consistency that was spreadable initially, but it dried down very quickly to the point where I definitely did not have enough time to work with it. Once set, it was less forgiving of additional work on top or near, e.g. blending or layering of additional product on top, so it was harder to get the perfect application overall. This shade wore well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.
