Cult Nails Disillusion Nail Lacquer ($12.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a "black jelly base [with] magenta mylar shreds." It is a black jelly base with medium to large fuchsia mylar flakes/shreds suspended within it. I don't have anything quite like it, but NYX Dark Glitter (P, $4.00) contains red glitter suspended in a black jelly base, so it's possible they have one like that but with fuchsia (but they are not mylar shreds).
