It had a few stray sparkles in it, but I didn't find they translated much to the lid, if at all, so fallout wasn't an issue during application nor was it later on during wear. The texture was soft, blendable, and a smidgen powdery in the pan but was easy to work with on my lid. The eyeshadow yielded opaque coverage that lasted well for eight hours before starting to fade visibly.
