ColourPop Silver Millennium is a moderately warm-toned, very light gold with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.

Silver Millennium is a pale, white gold with a smooth, metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque color coverage in a single layer, which didn't build up much. The texture was smooth, emollient, and was consistent with the Super Shock Shadow formula.
As it was more metallic, it had a bit of a wetter feel, and I didn't feel like it build up as well as it seemed to thicken and look patchy when I tried for a second or third layer. It stayed on well for 10 hours without creasing or fading. For those who don't mind or prefer this type of shade as a layering or accent shade, it should work just fine for that purpose.
