Rainier is a deeper, brownish copper with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, velvety texture that was lightly powdery in the pan but wasn't prone to sheering out or having fallout during application. It had intense color payoff in a single layer, which stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
