PNW is a deep, bluish-teal with cool undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had a soft, velvety texture that was lightly powdery in the pan but yielded intense pigmentation in a single layer. It applied evenly and blended out well along the edges. It lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
