Pinwheel is a very light and bright, peachy orange with strong, warm yellow undertones and a matte finish. The texture was soft, blendable, and somewhat powdery, though it seemed to manage to retain its full opacity with slight fallout. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
