ColourPop Over the Bloom is a moderately warm-toned, medium coral with a semi-matte finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.

Over the Bloom is a brighter, medium pink-coral with warm undertones and flecks of gold sparkle over a matte finish. There was more of a smattering of sparkle, so it didn't translate during application (I'd guess it dropped on the way or got trapped in the brush as I didn't notice fallout!). It had good pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer. The consistency was lightly powdery but blendable. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
