Moon is Round is a bright, yellowy orange with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had opaque color coverage with a smooth, more velvety texture that was moderately powdery, so I had to be careful to tap off excess to avoid fallout. It wore nicely for eight hours before fading a bit.
