Meant to Be is a light, mushroom-taupe with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was more velvety, a little denser and more substantial, which resulted in opaque color coverage that adhered evenly, blended out well, and wasn't prone to sheering out too readily. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
