Little April Shower is a medium-dark yellow with strong, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. It didn't look quite so yellow or as deep in the pan as it actually ended up looking on skin.
The texture was moderately powdery, which meant it sheered out a touch during application, but the powderiness seemed to lead more to fallout and a mess in the palette than inferior application or coverage. It had opaque coverage and retained most of it after I applied and blended it out. The color showed signs of fading after seven and a half hours of wear.
